Someone enlighten me, but what’s the difference between the JDM and USDM fog lights? Aside from the physical appearance and color, are they brighter? More coverage?

It's a Honda Access jdm accessory in Japan. Yellow and made of glass. I think stock is white and plastic. They look much more premium overall.

Yeah is a lot more premium than the ones that come with the car. Same brightness from what I can tell from the ones a friend has.

No, these yellow fogs are made of plastic unfortunately. Unlike the USDM, these JDM fogs have different structure, which make them look like sunny side up eggs especially on yellow one.
