With the Jb4 tuner, can you run a catless downpipe without issues check engine lights etc. Sorry I'm sure this has been answered. I'm thinking I should just go with hondata.

The JB4 isn't a tuner. It just intercepts the boost pressure signal to trick the ECU into making more boost. So it will do absolutely zero to help you with CELs.

Just get Hondata or KTuner.
