Get a 12v power tool battery like from a Milwaukee drill run a wire off the + and - of the battery and put them to the terminals on the electronic caliper, you just gotta touch it quick to make sure they go in not out and that will retract the piston. But if your not good with that kind of stuff find someone who is to help you out. It's super simple but if not done right could lead to damage.
OMG, are you serious?!

So if i remove the electronic box off the caliper. Uhm can i back the piston out with a torx?
#27 Brake system, pp 155-156, use an E11 Torx socket. Can confirm it works, but it only pulls the piston back so much. To fully seat it, you need to twist the piston clockwise into the caliper (somewhere near the middle of this post.)

Yeah man, car uses 12v to activate the piston you all that's needed is to apply.12v in reverse polarity. I did it when I changed myrear pads.

I mean, I get that, but to jury rig a set up like you suggested... ? Seems like such a wild option to consider. ? Just my $0.02, though.

If nothing else, this thread is a plug for quality Garageline wheel spacers...and maybe a torque wrench.

It's actually really quick and simple and effective. Once you make up the wires with the proper teinals then you have them for any 12v testing or actuating needs.

Wym a torque wrench is far from what caused it.
And ill pass on spacers.

I am sayin. I was not changing my pads and or rotors either.
I was just replacing wheel studs. 3 to be exact. For now
It happened due to me stripping a spacer, and someone tryong to get pressure to take the lug off when the spacer was stick on.
It didnt work. So the spacers studs got cut.
At no point is a torque wrench relevant anywhere. Aside from sport asking if i had one.

I have never used a torque wrench for wheels. Never. Had an issue.

I good torque wrench can save a person a lot of trouble. I’ve broken and stripped several fasteners due to improper torque readings. You have to use the right size for the right torque value. Hopefully you used a 1/2” for your spacers.

3 studs is the final count.
And yes i actually do know why this happened.
Well it was the whole fiasco with the spacers and having to cut one off.
Yeah they were putting weight in rhw wheel with it all sorta of really off angles. I should of replaced all 5 studs before i put my wheels on.
So yeah i used an impact with soacers and shredded the spacer itself. The stud had its threads.
Does your car hate you, or do you hate your car ... because you seem to be treating it like you have a personal grudge against it.

Lucky for you, the folks that put your car together DID use a torque wrench. If you don't understand the importance of using the proper tools, you should probably leave the wrenching to the professionals ... otherwise, you're putting everyone on the road around you in danger.

Bug.. you upset because you didnt read the post.
It was a question. Not a discussion and how do i act like i have a grudge against it?
And oh my no torque wrench. What would one ever do without it.... literally never had ANY issues without one.
I will keep working on my own shit. Because i dont let anyone drive my car.
putting other people in danger? Gtfo with that. Bet you dont drive the speed limit. Omg you are endangering people....

I got a torque wrench the other day for my injectors.
But bug missed the part where the torque wrench has nothing to do wjth the studs breaking.... it was me using an impact on spacers. Even if i didnt impact them. I wasnt going to use a torque wrench.
But i wouldnt of stripped the spacer with a regular wrench.
