is this normal?

My pop when turning why wheels to the L/R while stopped seems to be getting worst. Now I have it even after I roll slowing under 10mph. Could the tie rods being lose cause this? I attached 2 videos bellow!

I would check the tie rod end for looseness

The ball joints look to move a little too freely, but that kind of movement wouldn't happen in regular use. You could eliminate it as a possibility by just wrapping it up with a cloth and zip ties and test again.
