Is this ktuner locked?

Purchased a used ktuner for my 22 Civic Sport but we don't have ktuner thread over there on the forum. I plugged the unit into my computer only. I haven't plugged it into my car. I have attached some pics when plugged into the laptop. If still locked he said I can send it back to him and he'll unlock. The bottom pic is from the ktuner website. This is what it should say when plugged in to the laptop only.

If you're not attached to a vehicle and didn't get the message shown in how to verify it's unlocked then you're unable to verify it's unlocked meaning it's still locked.

Adding to this. So when attempting to install the unknown to me, locked ktuner, it added that ktuner ID to my laptop. Now I'm wanting to purchase another ktuner. The old one is showing on my computer still. Can I still add another ktuner? Or would I register with a different email?

You can re-use the same email address, no worries.
