A little more details..

I am trading my 2017 Si for a 2022 Si. My 2017 Si has about 55,000 miles on it and I paid $25,000 for it 5 years ago. It is fully paid off and this particular dealership is offering me $22,000 for it even with a minor accident on its carfax.

As you can see though, the 2022 Si is marked up almost $8,000 dollars..

Do you guys think this is a good deal based on the info I provided above and the offer copy below??

Edit: The original markup was actually $12,000 over sticker but I told them it was ridiculous. After a few back and forth they said $8000 was the best they could do.

Wow usually 6-8 miles at least. Mine was 55. Try work deal more though used car prices are semi crashing. I'd try to least get to 2-5k above MSRP. 8k sounds a lot but it's brand spanking new.

Still can’t believe there are markups on Sis…..
Cool it Kilmer. You have a shirtless volleyball match at 7 pm.

Might as well fill the fire pit with 8,000$ cash and cook some hot dogs with it.
Hotdogs you damn cheapskate. Make it a waygu steak to bring out the ladies.

The trade in is alright but $8k markup? At least talk them down on mark up or go shop around. I am sure they arent the only dealer with an Si.

I paid less markup on my 2022 Lexus NX Hybrid FYI.

$2-4k markup whatever, but $8k? At least talk them down on mark up.

I agree. Funny thing is, the original markup was $12,000 and I was able to talk them down to $8,000.

Drive your Si for another year. You’ve a better than good chance of scoring a used FK8 for under $37k (before trade in).
