Is there a big difference between18x9.5 +38 vs 18x10+40 wheels?

Im looking into buying new wheels and these are the 2 specs im considering:
18x9.5 +38
18x10 +40

Is there a big difference between these 2 specs. Im looking to run a 265/35 tire.

I’m running 18 x 9.5 +38 te37 265/35/18 square lowered on coils no rub but I do have a little bit of camber in the front. No fender roll or any modification
