My hood seems to be out of alignment with the front end of the car. The gaps between the quarter panel and hood seem fine, but the front of the car and hood seem to be quite a bit off. Added imgur album link and images to thread in case one doesn't load for others.

Hood latch may be a bit lower than normal; if that's the case should be an easy fix at dealer. It looked meh until the second last picture - go take it in

Any luck with your hood? I basically have the same issue, hood lower on the driver's side. Debating whether to take it in and have them mess with it (fear of making something worse) or if I will just keep living with it.

I would make them fix it until they get it right. And take lots of pics so you can prove what's been done.

To me it looks like it's the above the grill piece that's off instead of the hood.

My hood was also misaligned when it was delivered and the tech took about 30 seconds to adjust it. There are 2 rubber mount supporting the hood inside the engine bay. He gave a few twist on one side and the alignment is now perfect. Before, it was clearly lower on one side. Yours seems like one of the mount could use a few turn going up. Hope this help.

I was thinking this very same thing. But I couldn't physically check to know for certain. Thanks.

Thanks! I looked a few months ago and just saw the rubber mounts in the middle that do not adjust, but now that I looked again I saw the ones near the edge/fender that you mention. It worked well - and an EASY fix. I would say I got it 90% (which now looks acceptable). Now if I could just figure out how to adjust/align my rear passenger door on the drivers side. It just needs to shut/close about 1-2 millimeters more - it sort of sticks out and is most noticeable near the door handle area and crease line. Not sure if you can adjust the latch mount inwards. I do not think the door hinges will do anything for the issue (again, fear doing anything with the hinges will cause more harm than good). I think there is another thread about the rear passenger doors (in particular the drivers side being more problematic).

I started a thread on the door being misaligned and was told by my dealer there's nothing they can do. Does your door look like mine?

Could you update us on how you got this fixed? Do you know what exactly was done - and how it was adjusted?
