Is ktuning a Honda Civic 2018 2.0l cvt worth it

Aem intake for the k20C will be fine but the K&N short ram will throw off fueling by 20%

I’ve had both ....I had to retune for the K&N for fix my fuel trims
@chuenoona After installing the K&N intake I have seen the knock control altered as well as the fuel consumption, what values can I adjust or what can you recommend to mitigate these effects? thanks in advance.

+25% at acceleration and cruise ?
or around there ?

Around 23 mpg the knock control around 0.74 mostly cruising, a little bit of pulling here and there but not much to be honest, I put gas in costco 93 octane, but can be a bad batch of fuel but I'm not completely sure.

that’s high knock control, did you modify timing or intake cam timing at all ?

what is your fuel trims ? You haven’t told me
and I need those numbers to give you a guideline to adjust the maf values

Nothing just the intake and the catted downpipe, no modifications in the map.
your knock control is too high for just the ktune base map … even bad gas wouldn’t trigger that much knock control … it’s strange … when untuned with k&n did not do anything to my knock values …

Where I can find that info for you? I have the tunerview app in my phone.
It just says
short term fuel trim and long term fuel trim …
I need what it says at
idle
Light acceleration
Steady cruise
I don’t have tunerview but I’m sure it’s there
Or just use the laptop to tell me the values

okay looks like your car is running too lean so the car has had to adjust and add 12% more fuel …
I’m assuming this is at idle ??

can you tell me the short fuel trim reading at cruising as well …

This is at iddle, let me find that info for you as well, on other note in regards to the knock is that normal? Maybe is a bad fuel batch for the hacked pipeline here in the east coast?
