Is it possible to swap the standard 2019 LX head unit for the Android auto one in the higher trims?

I have a 2019 LX and wanted to swap the standard head unit with the android auto one from the higher trims and I'm wondering if this is even possible let alone could I even obtain the unit? Would I have to get a third party one?

Maybe. I'm pretty sure the Android unit retains the same amplifier that your LX has ( has it's built in the head unit, just not used). You should see if the other wiring harnesses match up.

Yeah I didn't think of that. I should have. My next problem is finding the oem head unit.
