Is it normal for this to be this low?

I scraped the bottom of my car and I don't recall this sitting this low. Does yours sit this low as well? Or did I damage something

That's not the best angle on that picture, but that does not look normal. Is that panel loose if you press on it? Do any bolts appear to be missing? Was your car recently serviced (they may have left some bolts loose or not put them back on at all)?

That flap is not supposed to be hanging down. In fact the bottom of your car should be basically level from front to back when you look under it.
