So I don't think my o2 sensor is faulty or any threadings are ripped. My gas mileage is still at a steady 30-34mpg and getting around 320 miles a tank, but a few days ago I felt like my gas was going down a bit quicker than usual.. I checked it out on a lift and everything looks good without leaks. So I went back to refill the tank and reset my trip meter and everything seemed normal again.
When I installed my catless downpipe I had a little trouble getting the o2 sensor back in, couldn't get it to twist in correctly without having to literally spin the sensor back in, leading to the wires intertwining kind of like a french braid (if that helps). I didn't forcefully twist it or anything but managed to get it back on, could this lead to problems down the line? Should I throw it back on a lift and try to properly put it on? Also would I be able to do this directly from a lift without really taking much out?
