iridium spark plugs

Hey, guys any thoughts about iridium spark plugs. Heard a lot how effective they are.
Can I find them for my R18Z1 and how good they are?

Iridium spark plugs come factory on a lot of cars nowadays. most newer cars since mid 2000's have them, which is why they get away with replacement every 100k miles.
Best way to know is to head to your local parts store with the car this engine comes from and they'll tell you. Personnally, stick to the japanese brand spark plugs like NGK, Denso, etc and there won't be issues. There are also performance iridium plugs that only last half as long (still 50k miles) as the long life ones so make sure you know what you buy.
