Here's a simple way to calculate your own IPA solution. I just completed my own paint correction and was calculating my own IPA mixture. I didn't see a calculator here on the forum for calculating IPA dilution, so I thought I'd make one and post it up here.
Here's a table you can follow with a calculator (note: when using percentages, enter them as decimals, e.g. 70% = .7)
And I also attached a simple excel sheet as well. It looks something like this:

To make | A | ounces |
of a | B% | IPA solution |
and you have | C% | IPA |
you need to mix | (A*B)/C | ounces of C% IPA |
with | A-D | ounces of water |
