iOS user problem

so I get logged out for no reason, happens almost daily, when I try to log back in, website does not accept my password, so I have to have it reset. Why is this happening? I am a member of many forums/message boards and do not encounter this on other sites. Love CivicX site, but this issue is very frustrating! HELP

I don't experience this. iOS 9 and iOS 10. I stay logged in. And if I do happen to be logged out I log back in with no problems. Using Safari on iPhone.
