Yes its marked sold, BUT I did not evacuate, my area was under mandatory evacuation Monday, but being a retail business owner before I sent everyone home and just ate the profit loss, we watched closely and now it seems the worst for us is 20mph winds( living on the coast is normal) and 30% chance of rain, WE GOT LUCKY!
