Is there an actual difference in these parts?

08E16-TEA-110B = CTR

When you search for it, all the stuff included is exactly the same part number so I would assume it’s the same thing

yes! "B" is Red led, and "A" is Blue (I believe).

But both should fit the CTR right? The "A" was listed for the Civic Hatch on the site. But I don't recall there being too many body changes between the 2017 CTR and the 2017 hatch.

I mean. That’s just the part number for the whole kit. For some reason they are different but when you look at all the individual part numbers that are in the whole kit they are all the same.

Interesting. I got mine in the mail but they're not the same part number as College Hill. College Hill has 08E16-TEA-110B for CTR. But I accidentally ordered A. But the one I got looks red.

Look at what’s included in the kit. It consists of the exact same parts.

Only thing I can think of is the harness being different. But that’s hard to believe tbh

I ordered the sills, interior illumination, and foot illumination and wanted to get them all in at once. I was super afraid I made a mistake...

I’ve order the Console illumination a while ago and it’s still on backorder, which is “B”. I stopped by the dealer today and he said it’s been on backorder since July. If A and B is the same then why is B on back order? Is it safe just to cancel B and reorder A for my R.

Man all these As and Bs and now R to deal with lol.

As far as A being blue, that can’t be right because mine came in as A and it’s red.

Blue part number is simply 08E16-TBA-110.

Has anyone figured out the difference between the Sport/Si part number and the Type R?

Based on the instructions, the difference is the harness is comes with.
