Interior cleaning?

What do you guys use to clean the soft touch plastics on the dash and door panels? I used a couple armoral wipes and it left a shiny look which I hate.

For us it's usually just dust, which I wipe down with a microfiber cloth. I have mcguier's interior detailer but I never really use it.

I use Chemical Guys natural shine.. Leaves a clean matte finish
