Intercooler upgrade without charge pipes?

Have we reached a consensus on whether we need to get the charge pipes if we have a stock turbo?

Looking at PRL IC or anything comparable but wondering if I have to bother with charge pipes.

I wouldn’t bother with the charge pipes until you upgrade your turbo. You might get a tiny bit more turbo lag if anything with stock turbo
