Buying an OE intercooler for my '16 Touring.

Seems like a straight forward R&R, but I'm curious if anyone has done this and has any advice.

An official Honda procedure would be great.

I've read there are o-rings, but not sure if these HAVE to be replaced.

Curious why not upgrade it.. there are many replacement options that massively out preform the stock one

Cost. Plus, I'm completely stock. Saving up for a ktuner, then I'll add bolt-ons. Found multiple OE intercoolers at salvage yards for $100. Mine is damaged from an accident and I'm sure it's affecting the performance.

Upgrading would be great, but I can't drop $300-$600 right now. And when I can, first thing I'm getting is a tuner - then add parts afterwards

I've removed the bumper so many times I lost count, it takes me less than 5 mins now.

My question is if I need to replace any o-rings or gaskets? I want everything together so I do it once and do it right.
