This is awesome. I am grateful that Hondata made the decision to make this remote jailbreak possible with any Flashpro (not just one locked to your ECU). I was literally just in the process of planning a 3.5 hour drive to get an on site unlock for $350, and now I can just borrow a local fellow FK8 owner's Flashpro and do it for $100 less from my garage.

No. The only change is that you can do the jailbreak yourself rather then sending your ECU out.

One flashpro unit can only be locked to one VIN # at a time. You may change the vin and unlock different ecu's.
But you will not be able to take your flashpro and flash your buddys car then put it back on your car and think you both
are going to ride around with a tune.
