Infotainment system stuck on software update

Hello,
How can I resolve this issue? I have tried turning the car off and on several times, hard reset does not work, and rebooting doesn't work. I have unplugged the accessory fuse and the audio fuse under the hood and I have unplugged the battery but still no luck.

I was trying to download SuperSu from the head unit browser for Viper4android, and now it's stuck on this message. I then downloaded the latest SuperSu software on the USB hoping it would update but nothing happened.
