Do you think that this thing will also be able to make the doors lock while vehicle running i know you can tweak the whole Info system. I dont know how in depth tho.
My doors automatically lock after the car starts moving (like 5-10 MPH), but that's a default setting.

No, just severely underpowered hardware. 900Mhz CPU with 1GB of RAM

I fixed most of the head unit's issues by rooting it with HondaHack, then use Titanium Backup to disable or uninstall services/apps I do not use. This made it stable & had a noticeable increase in performance.

All of my Android Auto issues went away after disabling the CarPlay service. I don't use iPhones so why have it running, right?...it also increased the performance of Android Auto. Which doesn't make sense as Android Auto uses the phone's hardware for acceleration. A possibility could be that the CarPlay service is constantly querying the USB port causing performance interruptions (which would be highly inefficient)
I have Hondahack pro and I am also an Samsung Note believer too so will not care about carplay. Will you mind to share how to disable carplay?

What apps/services did you disable? I'm inclined to try it out on my radio.

There are multiple apps out there that can do it but I used Titanium Backup PRO (already bought it years ago for $5). To get it you'll have to install Google Play services through the HondaHack app so you can download it from the Play Store. To disable an app in Titanium Backup, open it > Backup & Restore > pick the app > Freeze.....do this for Carplay 1.0, CarPlayApService 1.0, and SiriEFM 4.2.2-83

Does this mean it's possible CarPlay's performance would get better by disabling Android Auto? ?

i want it to lock while running and parked but according to Honda Hack site and the tech support it does not have that capability
