Hi
did not find any info about this.
Some days ago the Bt media info and navy directions does not appear i the dash, between the speedo and tahho. Only a spinner icon appears.
What could be the problem?

First thing would be to do a reboot of the head unit by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

Second is to remove the battery cable for 5 minutes and reconnect. (This will cause a bunch of errors to appear that should resolve themselves after driving for a couple of minutes.)

Third is to check for rodent damage to wires. Although, I am not sure where to look exactly.

If stuff on @calonzo list doesnt solve it, then it could be the b-can. Does sterring vol works? Climate control? Can u see climate control settings on the hu?

Maybe it is not b-can. Maybe it is a direct connection J1,2,3 to the GDC (Gauge Display Control). Connector J back of HU. Not perfectly sure about the connector without knowing your trim.. You got the premium system? But follow @calonzo 2 steps first, the i would do a step 2.5 to reset data. Messing with the wiring should be the last step.

I seem to remember this problem from previous threads. Search around.
