I've been tuned for about 6 months and I'm very satisfied with the results. I ran ktuner 21 basemap for a while, and currently running tsp stage1. About a month ago, I noticed the pcv tube connecting intake manifold to valve cover was split, which resulted in slightly rich mixture, but nothing crazy. I replaced the tube and ocv valve, and everything is fine.

My problem is, on some days the car is just sluggish as stock tune. I decided to test 0-60 with dragy yesterday, and I got 6.99 seconds during the day and 6.28 sec later in the evening. When I first installed ktuner, I pulled 5.8 sec with ktuner basemap. Why is my car so slow? I've always used 93 octane since new.

Many factors can play a part in the difference in performance. Fuel, timing, climate ect

I’m not tuned and my car is completely stock. But mine runs significantly slower when it’s hot or I’ve been driving it for a while. Maybe heat soak?

It’s called heatsoak guys. Buy an intercooler and if possible, a cold air intake so you have the lowest possible IAT’s. Turbocharged engines love cold air. When the air is hot it obviously is harder to compress or whatever. Big reason our turbocharged cars feel better at 60F as opposed to 90F in the summer.

These cars are very particular on temperature. I've noticed at the track, if it heat soaks in the lanes your trap speed can vary by almost 5-6mph. Cars are just very touchy.

It's been quite cool lately. Datalog is showing my knock control jumps to over .60 after one pull. Ii reflahed to ktuner basemap for now until I get my hands on phearable race tune.
