Priority Honda in Hampton replaced my in-car microphone today (part 39180-TBA-A21ZD). Microphone worked normally for 10 months before it failed. Android Auto and telephone callers stopped being able to hear me. At first I blamed Android Auto and reinstalled with no luck. Next, I tested the Voice Command button and the Civic could not hear me either. Dealership confirmed mike as bad. Diagnostic visit took 1.5 hours. Part was ordered and arrived in five days. Visit to install took 30 minutes and they washed my car.
