Shipping took about 5 days, installing took about 30 minutes.

I decided to keep the stock lip in place because it's a PITA to remove and leaves a bunch of holes where all those clips hold it in. I used 3 long strips of automotive 3M tape and 1 big screw (the wing has 3 screw mounts, 1 on each side and 1 in the middle).

It's solid as a rock.
I held off on going *too* fast for a few days to give the 3M time to set before I put it to the test.
