Don't believe that to be the case with this due to the odd 'in my immediate area' requirement - I think he is just trying to hook up a local without making a ton off of it.

I live in Shreveport, LA and got mine from Holmes Honda for sticker price in 2019. I actually just got something from them in the mail saying how much they would offer me for my 2019 Type R in trade to upgrade to a 2021. My 2019 only has 19000 miles. I bought a extended warranty for 5years 75k miles. I also have ppf protection. Its just not worth it to me. Maybe if the 2023's look really cool maybe lol.

With the 2020 / 2021 having a more compliant suspension / bushings, It was much more workable for my wife when we test drove a used 2021. (main reason I got rid of the 19 was it was too harsh for her to have fun riding in, so I was driving it mostly alone) So yeah, I'm working to get a 21 at this time- hopefully have one in hand but don't want to jinx it - should be here Saturday!
