If I don't have a switch for my amp, where do I put the blue wire?

I'm doing an amp and sub in my 2018 hb civic. I'm using a Clarion XC2110 for an amp. I'm not running an IC2i, I'm gonna add that on later. There is a blue wire that comes off the amp, and its supposed to be connected to a switch or knob for the amp, but I don't have one and I don't plan on installing one. Do I just not plug it in? I heard somewhere that the amps will turn off it detects voltage, but I'm not sure. Also do I plug in my sub cables into the Hi input or the low input? Thanks!

Isn’t it odd that it’s on the output side?
I've seen weirder things. My Alpine Power Pack had a remote in and out on opposite sides and the output sides are usually one the power side of the brick amps.

Given that there's only one blue wire and no mention of a DC offset mode I'd wager that it's the remote turn on.
