Hey so I’m currently running 215/55 r16 stock wheels and tires on my 10thgen Civic ex but I’m getting 18x9.5 45 wheels and looking to get some tires and I came across 235/40 r18 XL would that work and what does the XL mean I looked it up but still don’t get it does it mean it’ll just have more air in it?

Yeah that's fine. XL tires just mean that it's a rated for a higher load. And I'm also running 235/40/18. Which is also the OEM fit for si's .
