4 products, "Honda Civic Rear Engine Mount Upgrade" "Honda Civic 1.5T Black Lava Turbocharger Blanket"
"Honda Civic 1.5T Black Lava Turbocharger Blanket and "Honda Civic 1.5T MAF Housing Conversion Kit"
First 2 products "CAP and MAF Conversion" arrived at my home, totally wrong, they sent me for other audios, and I bought everything for a Honda Civic Si 1.5 TURBO 2018
- I sent an email requesting that they exchange the product, and they told me that I had to return it and buy the product again, trust the highly prestigious company and before receiving my money back for the first wrong shipment, buy again
the two items I need "Honda civic 1.5 turbo radiator cap" and "PRL MAF BIG CONVERSION" for my honda civic 1.5 turbo 2018. I have the PRL street intake, and I just want to convert it into BIG RACE MAF. In order to have better performance and tune my k tuner computer.
I bought the product again and they arrived for the second time, and again they arrived wrong, the items are not possible, send email to see what is happening
1- They have not refunded my money for the first product
2- "Blanket PRL" has not arrived since August 21
3- They sent me the MAF street conversion for the second time and I want BIG BORE MAF, I don't know what's happening
I requested for the second time another order with the URLs they provided me: ORDER PRL-42809
And I got the wrong product again, what's happening?
They haven't given me my refund first,
I ordered a second time trusting before my refund that I would receive my money.
And it is not like that
The person "Eric G." He is serving me and giving me the wrong products and advertisements
I have not received my refund for the first wrong package they sent, I sent it back with this information they provided me:

I ordered a "BLANQUET TURBO" in that first order and it has not arrived and a PRL radiator cap has not arrived either and on the page it says that they are available, what is happening?
Can you please give me an answer? This person is changing many things for me, all wrong
They publish on the page that some items are available, I make the purchase and they sent an email that they have been delayed, and they tell me that a date in the future will be available that is not available at the moment, because they do not put the truth on the page "Item not available"

Why in the hell would you spend more money with them before receiving your money back on the first purchase? lol

As for their website saying the part is in stock.. I had to learn the hard way that they DO NOT update their website. Some ppl around here or on FB pages will make an excuse for that but honestly there isn't any excuse for it. If they can post on Instagram pictures and videos of upcoming parts.. then they can update their website.

Sorry about your situation hope you get answers.

Go through a third party vendor like Two Step Performance, their customer support and communication is spot on. Never pay for expedited shipping with PRL they rarely come through and won't refund the shipping cost.

Your profile says you have a 2018 Si, but the picture of your order says you ordered a race MAF conversion for a "non-Si standard bore". I went on their website for the listing and honestly it looks like you ordered the wrong part. With that said that makes me think you also ordered some of the other parts for a 1.5l motor non-si. Its on your screenshots.

Also, the 1.3 bar type B radiator cap is not for a 2016-2021 civic. It says so on the website here and on the screenshot below.

En cuanto a que su sitio web dice que la pieza está en stock... Tuve que aprender por las malas que NO actualizan su sitio web. Algunas personas por aquí o en páginas de Facebook pondrán una excusa para eso, pero honestamente no hay ninguna excusa para ello. Si pueden publicar en Instagram fotos y videos de las próximas partes... entonces pueden actualizar su sitio web.

mixacto, confie en que es una empresa seria, y antes de recibir el primero rembolso, que no ha llegado asta este momento, volvi encargar nuevamente el producto :(

Exactly, trust that it is a serious company, and before receiving the first refund, which has not arrived until now, I ordered the product again :(

I have almost all of my car PRL, but I never ordered those parts directly, it was with a friend of mine, who had already warned me that PRL was very difficult, very difficult to buy some parts from them.

And it is correct, they should update many things that say "available" since you buy the product and it does not arrive, you send an email and they tell you that it is not available until a certain date...

It is correct on the page that I ordered the correct information and product, and when I received the product another one arrived, and this time I received one that is "yes" BUT IT IS THE STREEET" the same one that I already have in my car, and I want the BIG BORE, but I don't know what's happening, I put the correct information on the page and I get a different image and product, I don't understand what's happening, the same thing happened with the radiator cover, I ordered it for the second time, and it hasn't arrived, When I placed that order again I sent the purchase order to verify it by email with the person who was assisting me, but it seems that they do not check the messages, they are not paying attention, I sent them the second order number to confirm this email, or they do not put Attention, it takes days to answer messages.

The first time they sent me a product "NO-YES" the second time it was "YES" but "street" the product that I already have in my car, I want the "BIG BORE" the biggest, the best

I don't know what is happening with the company "PRL" I am

Disappointingly, I have bought almost everything from their brand, thousands of dollars, but everything has been through suppliers or intermediaries, and directly with them it has been problem after problem.

2 days ago after many weeks and complaints, I received my refund, but it is not my half of what I paid for their products.
They reimbursed me $2800 Mexican pesos, I am from Mexico, approximately 160 dollars.. I returned a radiator cap for 30 dollars, and a PRL RACE conversion for 250 dollars, plus shipping and taxis, and shipping to Mexico was very expensive, the Return shipping for PRL products cost me approximately $60 out of my purse.

And they returned me a lot less, I don't know why I have been waiting for 3 days for what reason, I sent them photos of the entire package how it went, in the parcel, everything... and they come out with this surprise??

I'm already very afraid of returning the second shipment that they sent by mistake, and they will steal my money. I am really sad, I have trusted, I think I will consider changing directly to 27 WON, I have only purchased their turbo system, I am about to buy the 27WON brake calipers, they respond to me immediately, fast shipping, clear, a very serious company, no I know what's happening with PRL, I'm still waiting for my PRL turbo blanket for my turbo for almost 3 months, it hasn't arrived either :(

I first bought the first items, which I returned when parts that I did not order arrived, and while I made the return, the second order because I trusted them, I made it without receiving a refund from them, and the second purchase they also sent me items that I did not They are for my car, and I'm already afraid to return the second shipment, because they are going to refund me half of my purchase :(

I don't see the issue with the radiator cap. I'm sure it was a supply chain problem and they refunded your money.
