I got QuikWax wax on my windshield and mirrors... what's the best way to remove it?

I was I was using Meguiars Quik wax and I got it on my windshield and mirrors... What's the best way to get this off?

Windex and some newspaper will do the job

A little more fresh on the towel, reapply, then buff with clean towel worked for me

You mean replace the windshield on a Civic with sensing because it has wax on it? No, man, I’d rather replace the car with a Ferrari. :)

Dude!! Dont get the ferrari. Get the Koenigsegg Jesko or Regera for a million cheaper! It's a bargain!

LOL!!! Best way to do it is mix rubbing alcohol and water 1:1 and spray it on windshield and clean it with paper towel or microfiber cloth. it removes all the wax.

Thanks all! I tried Windex first and that worked really well - there's still some stubborn spots, I'll try that with the alcohol, just want to be careful not to get any on the paint. :)

Thanks all! I tried Windex first and that worked really well - there's still some stubborn spots, I'll try that with the alcohol, just want to be careful not to get any on the paint. :)
if you are mixing with water and wiping immediately it shouldn't cause issues with paint.

You could try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I used that on the inside of my windshield to get the oil residue off that’s coming from the dash and it seems to have worked really good.
