Lol you should ask them why they’re different....they have almost the same power figures as the mishimoto intake.

HPS is a Chinese-built copy cat company. Decent stuff, but you will be disappointed when you have it in your hands. I just put their intake on my buddy's Fit and we had to MAFscale it almost 10% with his Ktuner. The paint was not sprayed all the way inside the part (it is not powder-coat like the better brands). There were rough edges we had to sand down. It came with cheap T-Bolt clamps. The silicone is not designed to be "smooth-flow" style like the PRL stuff so there are edges (turbulence) in the airflow. The logo sticker almost immediately started to peel. Comes with a genuine K&N filter.

All in all, it works as it should, but it is obvious that it's just a copy and there is no real engineering behind it.

I’ll post a sound clip next week once I get these stripped screws off the MAF sensor and put my console back together lol

What is the purpose in buying an intake besides the sound? The factory is perfectly fine and power gains are minimal.

Willing to bet the stock intake has better temps, also more consistent. You’ll be heat soaking bad with this intake.

Lol I mainly got it for sound, didn’t want the Injen one since a few are having problems with that intake.

Hit the screws with a touch of PB Blaster, let soak for 30 minutes, then use some pliers and grab and twist. Should come right out.

Tried that...along with a heat gun, rubber band method, screw extracter, etc. and it still doesn’t loosen up.
