Tried that...along with a heat gun, rubber band method, screw extracter, etc. and it still doesn’t loosen up.

Very interesting! I'd say dremel the top of the screw head so you can fit a flat head screwdriver on it and you'll be good to go then.

Yup. That method works with dremel a slot for the flat head screw driver.

Use Sea Foam Deep Creep, puts pb blaster to shame. That’s what I use, worked great with exhaust studs and bolts/nuts. Even the really rusty shit, very happy with it.

I’m just mad I have never used Deep Creep solely because of the name...

It’s a ok intake, it definitely sounds nice and can really hear the turbo just like any open air filter intake, no CEL so far. I do plan on upgrading to the PRL cold air intake and giving this intake away for free or tossing it out.
