All honda racing teams have to buy or lease their drive trains from hpd. Hpd doesnt sell the k20c2 as a option for a racing engine. Only the k20c1. Reasonable to believe teams are taking off the turbo, throwing on headers to lower the power for f3/f4.

K20c1 is still a k20c1 without a turbo. The same way a b18c is still a b18c with a turbo. An engine is an engine no matter whats strapped to it.
