Yeah I saw that, but I'm not willing to do what you did ?
haha. i thought that way when i first got the car too. If the job is good, cant even tell anything was done though.

also depends on your wheel size and offset and tire brand. If you do a more conservative set up, you can get away without doing fender work and just adding camber.

I honestly don't know what to do. Every decent 200TW tire is on mega backorder now in 265/35

Front 315/30/18 18x11 Over -3*
Rear 265/35/18 18x9.5 -2.5*
Lowered on HKS Coilovers, No rub at all, nothing rolled.
I had the 315’s on 11’s on the rear for a square setup, but I didn’t like the handling characteristics. They would rub slightly at full compression, but were otherwise fine.

I'm kinda shocked you're not rubbing the front strut with that setup.

How about Federal RSRR tires? Backorder too?

275/35/18 Nitto NT01 is fine on 18X9.5 et+45. stock height, rub a tiny bit when you turn fully to one side, but other than that nothing wrong with the setup. Got 2 track days of it now and going to toss the tire with the coming track day.

I can't bring myself to buy Federals.

For anyone that's curious, Discount Tire still stocks the RE71R. I just picked up a set date coded 42nd week of 2019. So they are probably still newer than the set that I ran last year.

Please explain why, Thank you
Ran a set of 265/35/18 and 275/35/18. They’re a great cheap track day tire but loud AF on the street. Sounds like your dif is failing around 50-55mph lol.

They hold up great though but definitely not as fast as a a052

18x10 +41 with 275/35/18 RT-615K+
nothings actually rolled. its all cut. No way it would have cleared without fender work.

After though, I have room to run a much wider 275 size like the R888R if i wanted to and im not even running much camber.
F: -1.8
R: -2.1

I have to say I really like that front lip. Where did you buy it?
