After many questions asking me how I got my center exhaust done this is what I did:
This is a step by step guide of how I did my center exhaust conversion for my Honda Civic EX Hatchback.
First, you need to find a diffuser and exhaust tips of your choice. I chose the "Type R style diffuser" one from eBay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/FOR-2016-2...PE-R-STYLE-REAR-BUMPER-DIFFUSER-/192597011751) and Upower Double Wall 2.5" to 4" Exhaust Tips 5" Long Stainless Steel Weld-On exhaust tips (https://www.ebay.com/itm/383453689871)
Once you have these two items you will need to install your new diffuser.
With your new diffuser installed its time to take it to a muffler shop in your area that can do bends and has half-decent welding skills. (I went to Fallbrook Muffler in Fallbrook, CA.)
After leaving my car with them and telling them what I wanted they made it happen with stock mufflers still on.
Overall no real change in the tone of the car, but that's fine because I have morning classes.
These are the welds:
