How to git gud at Ktuner?

I got a Ktuner and flashed stage 2/factory eco mode to my 2018 Honda Civic Sport last night and let me just say right off the bat, wow! I had heard the best bang for the buck performance gains could be had from a Ktuner and I am definitely a believer now!

The only problem I have with it comes from my lack of knowledge of tuning. I see all the parameters in the tunes but honestly I just have no idea how it all works. Does anyone have any resources they could point to that would help me on the way to becoming a proficient Ktuner user?

Here: http://www.ktuner.com/KTunerHelp/table_of_contents.htm. But really better not be messing with much beyond the quick enables/disables. Maybe look into one of the OTS tunes from Pherable or TSP; or a custom tune depending on your setup.
