How to get rid of this screen that pops up every time the car starts (not the warning screen)

How can I stop this menu from popping up every time I start the car? Is it a bug or is this an option that is buried somewhere deep in a setting? Help

Have you tried to reset the head unit??? Press and hold the power button until you're asked if you want to reboot.

Settings, audio settings, other settings, audio source pop up.
