Whats good fam

I was wondering how much does a fk7 1.5t engine hold???

I understand that the Civic SI has forged internals and can hold more power.

Has anyone blown an engine due to excessive power????

My goal is to go e85 but not sure if it would push the engine to it limits

My Setup
- Hondata 9+psi to Injen CAI
- ClutchMaster Fx400 8 puc
- Injen intercooler
- Injen intercooler piping
- Injen CAI
- Megan DP

- Oil Catch can

That Injen CAI with it's serious fuel trim issues is a HUGE red flag especially for someone trying to eek out near max power. E85 is another red flag.

You have a lot of reading to do.

And yes, numerous 1.5T's (Si included) have blown due to excessive power levels.

That's a more proven intake on here. You can search for blown motor threads and see what people have done that blew them up. As long as torque is kept at acceptable levels, you can push decent hp out from what I've seen. Do not mess with anti lag on tuning software.
