How much is it to put bodykit on my car?

im planning to buy type-r front&rear bodykit from ebay, in total of $730
i went to several bodyshops around my town, and the estimate came out -

Front bumper - $780 / rear bumper - $520
this includes painting and all the jobs that should be done.

is this a reasonable price?

I wouldn't pay anyone anywhere near that for that type of work. The cheapest option would be for you to purchase the kit, test fit it your self to confirm fitment, have a body shop paint it, and then install it your self.


Price wise, they are probably accounting for the fact the kit is aftermarket and will, most likely, have fitment issues.

It depends if it’s full bumper or just lip kits. Obviously full bumper would be more expensive.

Is it a 2.0 automatic? but I would suggest seeing if you can find used oem parts on eBay. if that price is including paint that's pretty cheap and probably will look like shit in a year.
