$270 eibach sportline
$190 spc rear camber kit
$400 tint
$100 chrome delete
~100 oil changes x4

With car mods,
I am close to/if not slightly over $4,500. The way I see it if it makes you happy that’s all that matters, plus the splendid joy of being single and put more $$$ into your car lol.

About $15k plus almost 1 years worth of Interest Payments on the $10k I got at 2.74% Interest Rate, haven't sat down and added up all the payments I made to see exactly where I ended up in paying, not more then a few hundred bucks I'm sure.

I think tag and title where about $120 because I did a family transfer (since I bought the car from my Brother and his Wife) so I got to pay a WAY lower rate on the TAVT paying only like 0.5% instead of 7 or 7.5%.

Wheels and Tires about $1,840 but got like 20% of that back in rebates and still actually have $850 left to pay on it (0% interest if paid in full by like April or something)

Grill $70 Emblem Bracket to fill the hole in the grill $15, Honda Emblem for Grill and those anchor nut things another $15.

Window Tint, I would have to look but like $300ish because I did the Carbon Ceramic Tint.

Sound System about $700 plus taxes and some shipping, call it $750 but a large portion of that is on a 1 year 0% Financing option from Amazon so I pay like $60 a month and will have it paid off, haven't even had the first payment come due on the $690 worth of equipment I bought on Amazon of that $750ish.

About $300ish between teeh HID lows and LED highs from TheRetrofitSource.

Also I bought the "Fyre Flys 6 Piece White LED Interior Lights for 2016-2020 Honda Civic Super Bright 6000K 3014 Series SMD Package Kit and Install Tool" from Amazon for like $16 plus tax last year.

Beyond that you are getting into basic servicing items like oil changes, transmission fluid changes, air filters and stuff like that. So all in under $20k and honestly I'm done outside of maybe doing a chrome delete on the trim around the doors, upgrading to the LED Fogs from TheRetrofitSource (debating between the Yellow FOgs and the regular fogs with Yellow film applied), upgrading the Reverse Lights and I wouldn't mind getting some SI bumpers to spice up the EX-T but don't really feel the need to do that as it would just make getting in and out of my driveway harder. I just don't feel the need to mod this car very much, the styling was pretty decent from the start, just had to get rid of that chrome grill beak thing with a gloss black honeycomb grill and that really solved the aggressiveness of the car and the wheels did the rest.

it has to do with it being a better car, and not an economy base model vehicle

it doesn't matter how much you spend on a civic, nobody is envious of you, its still a civic,

you can dress up the nerd girl all you want, she is never going to be the head cheerleader
Negative Nancy what did someone do to you?? Why bring the hate here???

"Invested" lol. Modding a car hardly ever, like literally does not, is considered an investment in automotibles.

It is more along the lines of "how much extra have you spent modifying" your Civic. Just saying.

I think everyone on this forum knows and understands that modifying a car is never an investment and 99% of times it's a money pit

It is however a good investment into our happiness :spaz: :spaz: :headbang: :headbang: :confused1: :confused1:

Damn bro you spent $800 on labor? I'm glad I do everything myself. That's like, a whole PRL intercooler you coulda bought lol.

The only thing I spent on for labor was to get my exhaust in, I didn't have jack stands yet. I also don't trust others working on my car.... The only time I have taken my car to the dealer, the CVT fluid was changed (not including this in cost either) by a tech who just so happened to frequently attend one of the small meets I go to weekly, and he has a suuuper clean MR2 swapped and modded out, so I knew she was in good hands. I was so relieved... But I've since learned that the CVT fluid really isn't that hard to change, so I'll likely try it myself next time.

Forgot about my krown rust proofing... and it made me think of a few others... gonna have to edit my post lol
