How many of you are clutch to the floor between shifts?

This forum needs more threads to create eye-opening realizations of poor driving habits, because apparently I've been unwittingly going foot-to-the-floor this whole time.

To the floor is not a bad habit at all. It's really a personal preference and comes down to what you're used to, or how you were taught. I'm an old fart, and was genuinely curious as to how others shift, because I know people do it both ways. I also love learning new things that I may be able to apply to a particular situation.

I usually granny shift. Especially 1st to 2nd shift. I do occasionally shift faster. Yes, i daily a stock Si.

04' CR-V, 18' Civic LX, and now 20' Si always foot to floor, wasn't shown any other way ??‍ After reading everything here I will be trying out just passing the disengagement point ??

What is granny shifting?

Starting from moving in 1st, I let off the gas, clutch in, shift to 2nd, then clutch out, then back on gas. Never seen Fast n Furious?
