Brake fluid 3 years or 60,000km, whichever comes first
Coolant 5 years or 100,000km, whichever comes first
This is what i understand for the fluids you mentioned

What temperatures equate to “too hot”? Is there a specific duration at that temp that damage will occur?160,000 miles on a phearable tune. Had to remove the transmission twice to replace the shaft seal because the transmission fluid got too hot. Added a beefy transmission cooler and should be good to go now.
Interesting... My CVT is consistently at 220*F (slightly above at times) for several hours. 90*F+ ambient, 85-90 mph for 13 hours over 1000 miles. Two days later I'm heading back doing the same thing. Every other weekend.Anything in 220’-230’ too long will cause the seal to leak. I now make sure I keep it under 212’z
