So how many do mot MOD their Sport Touring?

Only mods I have are what I call comfort. No engine mods.

Window Tint
Dash Cam
All weather Mats
Hatch Organizer
Radar

Exterior same as purchased except for Clear Bra on the front. Car performs fine. Plenty of acceleration in ECON mode. 38 MPG.

Why so model specific lol

Also, that's a very subjective claim.

Well, from what I read here they mod manuals. SI. Just curious how many MOD Touring. I guess a younger demographic attracted to Type "R". I am old. Just more to the point how many in their 50's mod a Touring? Just curious so I don't miss out!

I have sport touring and not soon to mod the engine maybe after warranty expired and I want to see how far people mod the engine with CVT obviously . I just enjoy the amenities what sport touring has. Cosmetic mods yeah for sure.

Well, not a Sport Touring but a Touring Coupe. I'm 71, still like a nice & distinctive car, driven coupes all my life.
My 19 Touring has the following "mods":
Type "R" red "H" badges front & rear
Red painted calipers
Clear side markers w/amber lamps
Accord horns (high & low)
Canadian "Turbo" logos on lower rear quarters
Just snagged a set of HRD red carpet floor mats (for the spring/summer)
Dash cam ordered
Oh yeah, CivicX.com stickers on the rear quarter Windows!
Almost forgot, LaminX to tint fogs yellow!
Just wanted a few touches to make my Civic a bit different from the herd, I'm older but still here still enjoying myself, my Civic Touring Coupe, in a small way says, "I'm still here and enjoying life!"

2018 Sports Touring. Ktuner only performance mod. Everything else has been cosmetic (everything was diy, window tint came from dealer):

  • Swapped halogen fog lights for led ones
  • Blackvue 900 front/rear with Blendmount
  • Interior lighting (door handle/pocket, foot, console, armrest (from 2019 models), and Civic doorsill)
  • Wrapped roof/mirror caps, rear lights, side markers
  • Painted calipers
  • Superwrap (Plastidip with a vinyl look/finish) front and rear emblems black
  • Superwrap interior dash/door trim red
  • Carbon fiber overlays
  • Swapped exhaust to Type R exhaust
  • Flocked glove compartment and added led light
  • Swapped shift knob for carbon fiber one and boot cover for red alcantra one
  • Kuda + Proclip USA mount for phone
  • Honda Hack for SNES fun
  • Wing risers
  • Window visors
To do:
  • Speaker/audio system upgrade
  • Wheels (maybe)
First car I've actually tried adding mods too. Feels similar to building a custom pc and I find it quite satisfying as it adds a personal touch to it.

I have no mods to my engine, just cosmetic stuff that was available at the time of purchase like Black Pack Body Kit and wing. I also had the dealership paint my brake calipers red. I have a few mods on the interior but again they are things that were available from the dealership at the time of purchase so I wouldn't really call them a mod.

Not as old as some of the other people as I just turned 30 but I have done some changes to mine.

2017 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback in Polished Metal Metallic.

Tanabe Front Strut Bar
27WON Cold Air Intake
Greddy Supreme SP Catback Exhaust
KtunerV2
BlackVue DR650
Konig Ampliform on DWS06 tires
Whiteline Suspension Rear Sway Bar
Morimoto XB Led Foglights

Some cosmetic stuff would be:

HFP Tailgate Spoiler
Passwordjdm engine bay stuff (all minus engine cover and strut cover).
Custom CF rear bumper vents
CF gas cap wrap
Seibon CF Mirror Covers
Red pin striping on front and rear bumper
Husky Floor Liners
WeatherTech Trunk Liner
Mugen Window Visors
Lots of interior CF pieces

How do you like the 27Won CAI? I’m having a hard time deciding on a Air Intake upgrade.

2018 Sport Touring:
-KTuner v2 Dual Tune (Installed)
-GReddy SP Exhaust (Installed)
-Tanabe Front Strut Bar
-RV6 Ceramic Coated Catted Downpipe (Ordered)

Ordering soon:
-Intercooler (Mishimoto or PRL)
-Air Intake (Undecided on which one)
-19” Wheels

Cosmetics I have:
-Tinted Windows
-Window Visors
-Red Painted Calipers
-ABS Dynamics Spoiler

I love it. Not as loud as the PRL Cobra but I can live with that.
Easy maintenance and worry free from hydrolock incase you do make a stupid mistake and drive through a deep puddle.

Generally I consider myself a "gentle + little aggressiveness sometime" driver, coming from my old car, the stock set up on my Hatch ST is still enough for me, no doubt in the future I'm going to squeeze more out from it, but so far I'm just focusing on the cosmetic mods and protection.

Closest thing changed to the engine is the K&N drop in filter. And when I decide to do more performance mods, I'll probably start with the foot works first, the bars, the endlinks, and the lowering springs. Just to make sure the body is all ready before power up.

These 1.5 turbo should have lots of potentials, I just saw a post on Facebook that the Spoon team have just mild tuned a FK7 to match the performance of a stock FK8;)

Took me awhile to review haha, one of those things that you know it's good but forgot why :p

So basically it stiffen the body of the car, which should mean improving handling, especially when attacking some corners, the car should be more stable and stick to the road better. Or, it could be just for the look lol

Correct me if I'm wrong :)
