I hope it's 27WON. I'm contemplating picking up their front BBK after I get wheels next year :D
Budget didn't allow for it unfortunately otherwise I totally would've as it's superior to my Gen Coupe Brembo retrofit kit

I have a Civic Touring, a lead foot and lots of interstate commuting miles every day. I got 60K off the pads, changed them myself. At 80k I had to change the rotors.

Does anyone know if Rotors are covered under Honda Plus Extended warranty in Canada?

Thanks.

I guess Si drivers must drive differently, or the design is different.

I have a 2016 EX Sedan with 62,000 miles, and I still have the original brakes with no issues yet.

My son has a 2016 EX-T Coupe with 94,000 miles, and he still has the original brakes with no issues yet.

4+ years and nearly 100k miles without brake pad replacement? Wow, that's incredible.

The Si does have larger brakes than the other trim levels. More stopping power usually comes with a trade-off of less pad life.

2017 purchased in 10/2016 - 54,000 miles on my OEM brakes. NYC and NJ commutes. Feels like I have another 5000 miles left on them. Stoping power is noticebly less but nothing to worry about until then. I am sure they can go another 20k. I'm just not sure how comfortable I feel about going over ~60k on original brake equipment.

I'm at 70k miles. Original pads and rotors with around half left. There is some pulsing and vibration in the front, but not too bad.

70k on original pads & rotors!?! Dang, I thought I was high at 50k lol

I still don't feel the need to replace anything (did fluid swap about 2-3 years ago) but I am getting ready to install the 27won front BBK and have decided to swap the rear rotors and pads at the same time.

Sport touring, barely over 32k. It was metal to metal basically.

Sport coupe, plenty of life left at 37k but I changed it out anyways for performance.

Yeah, they lasted almost 100k, but I eventually failed inspection for the rear pads, ended up putting EBC rotors and pads all the way around. I am about at 120k now. I think I don’t use my brakes as much as a lot of people. I rarely brake hard.
