How do I disengage the car alarm?

The wind is so fierce, it's rocking my car and causing the alarm to trigger. i cant stay up all night. how do I get the alarm to stop going off?

If it's anything like the EU cars, you should have a button on the overhead console that looks like the car being abducted

Give that a press and it will disable the ultrasonic sensors in the car - That should hopefully do the trick (I don't think there's a seperate tilt sensor?)

apparently, the wind would not trigger the alarm. it's something else. don't know what yet, since the dealer is currently looking at it.
