How difficult to replace Chrome Door Handles with body color?

I love the Touring trim levels but I hate all the chrome, especially the door handles. How difficult/expensive is it to paint or replace the door handles with body colored ones. I'm concerned about the keyless entry components. I'm not sure if that makes it more difficult.

I would remove handles and plastidip them
