How did you mount your led strip lights in the footwell?

I know this is kind of a stupid question, the tape is definitely not going to work for me, I want to use the zip ties but thinking about where the best place to tie them would be? Any hints? Bonus points if you include photos!

Why won't tape work? Try 3M foam tape and I always warm it with a heat gun before sticking it. It's a pain in the hole to get back off so I doubt it'll give you problems with coming loose.
