Hello guys !
Today I tried to disassemble the plastic protection from the folding lever of the front seat back, but I didn't succeed. I have no crush to force, as the metal lever is quite flexible, and I was afraid it would break. On the back of this little plastic handle you can't see anything that could look like it could release the lever handle, but I guess it would be possible to have a safety device, possibly like a pin, on the inside, I don't know . What is certain is that I pulled the handle with enough force, but it did not move along the lever. Has anyone taken out this handle before? Can you give me any advice? The handle in question is the one numbered with no. 12 in the adjacent diagram and the part number is 81631-TBA-A01ZA. Thank you very much.
I didn’t find anything in the service manual, but only the mention : “Remove the recline knob A”.
